This year we will be transforming ourselves into Wizards for Eden Arts’s Winter Droving!
The Winter Droving is a festival in Penrith which brings into the town an array of market stalls and food, music, games, performers and a rather spectacular lantern procession! For more info visit the website – www.winterdroving.uk
This year we are going to join the magical lantern procession on 27th October 2018, dressed as Myriad Wizards!
During workshops we will work together to design and create our Wizardly hats, cloaks, masks and sticks. All donned with lights, bits of nature and whatever else we can get our hands on!
We will be running a workshops on Saturday 2oth Ocotber, 10am-5pm at Penrith Old Fire Station.
During the workshop we will create our Wizardly hats our of recycled cardboard and fabric, fabric sleeved cloaks and staffs out of hazel and recycled plastic.
All donned with lights, bits of nature and whatever else we can get our hands on! We are thinking “Technicolor Radagast”…. google it 😀
