This October in Penrith we had a go at stamp making and printing onto fabric. We had a great time making our own stamps to print onto fabric!
We had a great time this September in Carlisle learning about eco fabric dying with artist Helen Walsh! We created a uniquely printed bag using foraged leaves and kitchen waste and a solar dye jar which harnesses the power of the sun to create interesting patterns on fabric!
We run a book binding workshop. We guide the group through each step to make a string bound a fabric covered A5 notebook. It is a busy, but fun and productive workshop! We have run this session twice (one of those times was with 20 people!)

Challenge; Image Transfer We run a workshop having a go at image transfer using acrylic matt medium. It is not a simple technique to get perfect, but everyone does so well! We also show people how embellished their work with melted wax crayons, fabric pens and embroidery. We have run this workshop twice.

Beeswax wraps make a great replacement to cling film and foil to store your food, they can be used over and over again which helps reduce rubbish.
